- Production method Grapes are harvested manually in the last third of September fermentation is in stainless steel vats using selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 18°-20°C for 7-12 days.
- Appearance: straw coloured.
- Nose: wide, flowery and fruity when young, becomes complex after the second year.
- Taste: intense, varietal, reminiscent of sweet peppers, peach and tropical fruits.
- Alcohol abv: 12,5%.
- Serving temperature: 9-10°C.
- Serving suggestions: risotti with vegetables, fishes and shellfish, goat or sheep cheeses.
